The pre-engineered building system is one of the fast growing segments globally. It has all the attributes of what the modern life-style demands, i.e., speed, quality and value. There are many applications for pre-engineered buildings. It can be automobile garage to aircraft hangar, bakery to dairy farm, auditorium to hospital, and factory to community hall.
Why PEB Buildings
Pre-Engineered Buildings as the very name suggests is pre detailed and pre designed which is manufactured in a quality controlled factory atmosphere. At this stage each process is carried out employing sophisticated technologies that include the application of advanced welding techniques and standardization of components. Such procedures facilitate mass production. PEB construction is 30 to 40 % faster than the conventional or masonry construction. A Pre-Engineered Building is well suited for India with its tropical climate as it provides good insulation effects. PEB is ideal for construction in remote areas and hilly terrains as a major part of the construction activities are carried out at factory level. In PEB constructions, high strength steel is used for better strength/weight ratio.

Secondary Members
Secondary structural framing refers to purlins, girts, eave struts, wind bracing, flange bracing, base angles, clips and other miscellaneous structural parts.
Secondary Members Available in 1.5mm to 3mm thickness in High Grade Steel with a minimum yield strength of 245 to 345 MPa. Factory painted with a minimum of 15 microns DFT of red oxide primer .

High Grade Steel plates with minimum yield strength of 245 to 345MPa. Factory painted with a minimum of 25 Microns DFT of red oxide primer. ALFA custom-designs each order to the specified type, width, height, bay spacing, loading and other building parameters to customer- requirements.
